Our service - how it works?
This depends on how big the assignment is. More advanced projects require proof of commitment. And disclosure or confidentiality agreement can be signed on request before confirming and committing to the project.
The payment options depend on the type of event you want to be covered, but a deposit payment is required to make the service booking. The total payment is calculated based on the time required to spend on the photo-shooting session or event. The balance payment must be deposited at least one week prior to the event.
Generally, I use Canon FF cameras and upgrade them as soon as new model with significantly new technology is released. My team use a wide variety of professional equipment, mostly Nikon and Sony. For our videography service, we can use cinema-level cameras or low-light FF DSLR; it all depends on the location and the nature of the event or project. In my collection, I have all types of lenses, ranging from low-light to zoom lenses, which allow me to shoot in any conditions.
High-quality photography is a skill that allows photographers to use the scenery and light as a tool. Even the best world-class photographers cannot work miracles with post processing and produce something that was not captured in the originals. We prefer using knowledge and the understanding of light to perfect the shot. I only use post processing for the final touches.
I have a backup team of highly competent photographers who are on call in case they’re needed. I’ve never missed a commitment to date (knock on wood!).
Yes, your files will be sent via Google Drive or Dropbox. It’s your responsibility to download the photos, save them to your hard drive and securely store the files in your desktop or laptop. Files will be deleted after 30 days from Dropbox or Google Drive. We don’t store photos; therefore, we recommend downloading your photos as fast as possible to avoid disappointment afterwards.
If you want us to store and preserve your photos/videos for you, we can do so for a fee of €50 per year. This fee must be paid each year by the 1st of January.
We can work faster by setting up a media station at the event and supply photos to the press. In the end, it all depends on your specific requirements.
The picture processing may vary between 48 hours (express service) to 7 days depending on the size of the project. In the case of videography projects and post production, the processing time is different, but we will confirm it beforehand.
There´s not fixed number of photos, it all depends on the type and size of the event. For instance, a dinner with 30 attendees allows for a busy shooting session. If it’s a conference for 5000 people, we can afford to shoot more stylish snaps and afterwards we can generate quality photos from it. You can expect from 40 to 50 photos per hour (not snaps).
If the event is a wedding, you may expect 400+ digitally edited pictures, but if it is a smaller event, the number of photos will be considerably less.
Yes, you can purchase all RAW files for an additional fee.
RAW files are unedited, high-resolution originals straight from the camera, and they are typically not included by default, as most clients prefer fully edited images.
If you would like access to the complete set of RAW photos, we can prepare and deliver them via a secure download link after the project is completed. The cost depends on the volume of files and the scope of the shoot.
Feel free to let us know if you’d like this option added to your package.
For all photography and video projects, payment is required before the final materials are delivered (photos or video).
This ensures a smooth and transparent workflow and allows us to schedule editing, secure delivery deadlines, and provide the highest quality service.
A booking deposit may also be required to reserve your date, depending on the project.
Deposits are not required for projects valued at less than €500.
For projects above €500, a deposit may be requested to secure the date and cover initial preparation and production costs. The exact deposit amount and payment schedule will always be clearly outlined in your quote and agreed in advance, so there are no surprises.
If you have any questions about payments or deposits for your specific project, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to clarify.
We currently have a team of 3 individuals, each responsible for key areas of the production process:
-
Project coordination – Ensuring communication, timelines, and workflow stay on track.
-
Videography & photography – Capturing high-quality material in both indoor and outdoor environments.
-
Editing & post-production – Managing cuts, sound, colour grading, and final delivery.
-
Creative direction – Overseeing visual style, storytelling, and overall consistency.
This structure allows us to work efficiently, maintain flexibility, and respond quickly to project requirements.
All quotes are presented in net (netto) prices.
This means the prices shown do not include VAT.
The applicable VAT rate (23%) will be added to the final invoice, in accordance with Irish tax regulations.
We use net pricing to ensure transparency and consistency across all our services. Businesses registered for VAT can typically reclaim this tax.

Yes. To secure your booking, we typically require a 25–50% non-refundable deposit, depending on the scope of the project.
This is standard practice in Ireland across creative and event-based services.
Your date is officially reserved only once the deposit has been received.
Every project includes one round of revisions (within the original scope).
Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard editing rate.
Revisions must stay within the agreed brief — major changes or restructuring count as additional editing.
Under Irish copyright law, the photographer automatically owns the copyright to all images created.
You receive a licence to use the photos for the purposes agreed in the contract (e.g., marketing, internal use, social media).
If you require extended or exclusive rights, please discuss this in advance — additional licensing fees may apply.
Yes — unless stated otherwise, commercial use is allowed for the client.
However, the photographer retains the right to use selected images in their portfolio, social media, or marketing, unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
For sensitive corporate events, NDAs can be implemented upon request.
Our cancellation policy follows standard Irish industry practice:
-
Deposits are non-refundable.
-
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a 50–100% charge, depending on preparation time and loss of opportunity.
-
Rescheduling is possible, when available, at no cost (with sufficient notice).
This protects both your booking and our allocated production time.
Additional time is billed at the standard hourly overtime rate, which varies by service.
Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments.
This ensures fair compensation when events extend beyond the contracted hours.
In the extremely rare case of illness or emergency, we will:
-
Provide a verified replacement photographer of equal professional standard, or
-
Offer a full refund of any payments made.
This aligns with fair trading practices in Ireland and ensures your event is protected.
Final materials are delivered via:
-
Secure download link
-
Google Drive / WeTransfer / Dropbox
Files remain available for 14 days unless long-term storage is purchased.
Yes.
All quotes are provided in net (netto) prices, and 23% VAT is added according to Irish tax regulations.
Businesses registered for VAT can claim this back.
