1. Book Early
Most company Christmas parties in Dublin fall on Thursdays and Fridays between late November and mid-December. Those dates book out first.
2. Plan the group photo early in the night
Everyone looks their best in the first hour. Schedule the team photo before dinner, not after the bar has been open for three hours.
3. Tell us who matters
A short list of key people — CEO, award winners, special guests — makes sure nobody important is missed.
4. Think about how you'll use the photos

Our Christmas party packages start from €350 for two hours of coverage. The most popular option, four hours, is €499 with early booking until 31 October. Every package includes professional editing, a private online gallery and full usage rights for your company.
As early as you can. December Thursdays and Fridays are the busiest dates of the year for event photographers in Dublin. Booking before 31 October gets you early booking prices and the best choice of dates.
That's very common at company events and not a problem. Tell us in the brief, or use an opt-out sticker or lanyard on the night, and we'll make sure those guests aren't included in your gallery.
As a guide, expect around 40–60 edited images per hour of coverage. Every image is individually selected and edited — you get the best of the night, not hundreds of near-duplicates.
Yes. Add next-morning highlights and you'll receive a selection of edited photos the day after your party. It's included in the Full Evening package.
